We had a fantastic time at Caravan Beach Estate. the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to answer any questions. the location was perfect, with shops, bars, and the beach right on our doorstep. We also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere among the neighboring caravans, with everyone happy to lend a hand. It was a lovely touch to be offered extra essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as having salt, pepper, sugar, and tea provided. Cons: No issues at all, 😊.

The caravan was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Only towels needed. Close to a wonderful sandy beach, with lots of attractions for children. No need to use a car, as there is an open-air bus tour to Great Yarmouth. Short walking distance to a Co-op store and a bakery with fresh bread every morning. Tracy, the host, was always available and made us feel safe and comfortable. the neighboring caravans had friendly people who were happy to help. Extra essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste, salt, pepper, sugar.

The location is fantastic, with the beach only a short 2-minute walk away. You can also easily access shops, bars, and a bakery within a few minutes' walk. The hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing extra essentials like toothbrushes and even ingredients like salt and tea.

The signage to find the caravan park could be improved, as some guests had trouble locating the property initially.

This place was mind-blowing! The caravan may not be modern, but it was super clean and comfortable for me and my 3 children. It had everything we needed, from the electric kettle to the flat-screen TV. Plus, the location was jaw-dropping! Only 2 minutes to the stunning sandy beach and lots of attractions for the kids. We didn't even need a car as we could take an open-air bus tour to the neighboring town. The Co-op store was just a 10-minute walk away and there was a bakery with fresh bread every morning, just 3 minutes away. Tracy, our contact, made us feel safe and comfortable with her constant communication. The hosts were amazing, always available and friendly. The neighbors were also super friendly and helpful. We were even offered toothbrushes and toothpaste, and essential items like salt, pepper, sugar, and tea were provided. it was an unforgettable experience!
